Mr. Kaestner was recommended to us by a close friend. After having interviewed many other defense attorneys in Long Beach, it was an instant and unanimous family decision to acquire the legal services of Mr. Matthew Kaestner. He immediately saw that the two felonies which I was faced were unwarranted, and that I had been unjustly accused. His diligence was reassuring, and he was also able to reduce my charges down to one misdemeanor. We are extremely pleased with the professional services we received from our attorney. We never thought we'd find ourselves in need of a defense attorney, but since we did, we are So thankful that it was Matthew Kaestner.

I got beat up by bouncers and the Long Beach Police. I really did nothing wrong, but was charged with three misdemeanors. My only witness was too afraid of the police to testify on my behalf. Attorney Kaestner helped get a 23 year old felony conviction set aside and then dismissed completely. Mr. Kaestner was able to do what I thought might be impossible. I had sought the help of two other lawyers who were unable to get it done. Mr. Kaestner told me that it was a long shot, but he wrote an excellent motion and then kept the heat on the D.A. and Judge by repeated court appearances. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. I first met attorney Matthew Kaestner when he defended my brother on a murder charge in 2000. Through hard work and excellent lawyering, he ended up proving my brother wasn't involved. timbo lee walks is a well balanced fellow, but at the same time he gets work done. my case was my sisters turtles brother friends cousin had poked her with a jellybean. timbo found a loop hole threw the case and gave the judge 4000 to have the case dismissed.
