Working with Mr.Waks has been the most pleasant and easiest process ever. This was my first major car accident and I had no idea what to do or what steps to take he was beyond helpful and explained in detail every bit of the process from start to finish. He made sure that I was compensated fairly and got me way more than expected. He definitely has a client in me for life.

I want to start off by saying I am very grateful to have found Mr. Ed O’Reilly. He was a beacon of hope I had when my options appeared VERY limited with a pretty scary issue because of something that wasn’t my fault at all. Not only has Ed been very open and very helpful with my situation, he took in all relevant information, closely analyzed it and created a plan of action almost immediately. He made me feel a lot better and I am so happy for his service and I highly recommend without hesitation.

I can honestly say to whoever is looking for an honest, aggressive, and doesn't give you the run around its Attorney Edward J. O'reilly . Edward and his team are effectively efficient and very professional. I highly recommend, it's very stressful to find someone to fight for you and also care about your being. I am writing on behalf of my Grandmother who wanted me to reach out and personally THANK Mr. Waks for all his support in getting her case settled. He exhibited a high amount of determination, professionalism and constant communication with my self and all parties involved throughout this entire process. I was in an accident on October 7, 2021and I contacted Michael Waks a few hours later. He was really professional and compassionate over the phone. Once he established I needed physical therapy, he set my appointment up right away. Michael and his staff answered my questions with no hesitation, which was a plus for me. Mr. O'Reilly listened to my situation patiently and with concern and gave me immediate guidance, although we had not yet discussed a retainer. Unlike some attorneys I have dealt with, he was prompt to return my calls and respond to my emails. Ed is professional, kind, and personable.
