Scott gets it done.

This is my first experience with really any attorney, K&K were recommended by a friend of a friend and I’m glad they were! They heard about my lemon Law case and said I have a solid case and should be able to get the help I was looking for. They got all the information I had and took care of all the communication with the auto manufacturer. Had a number that I was looking for based on the money I had spent previously and loss of use, insurance, interest, etc…K&K went to work and got me more than I was after! The process took a long time but that’s not their fault, what auto mfg would want to hurry up and give someone a settlement? None! But they kept on them and got me paid, thank You so much for your efforts! I hope I don’t ever have to use you again but if I do I’ll definitely be calling!

I had bought a 4-year-old used truck from a small mom and pop dealership. The transmission blew the 2nd day I owned the truck and was in and out of the shop for the next 4 months. I was told by numerous law firms that my truck did not meet the criteria to go through the lemon law process due to numerous different factors. I reached out to Kaufman & Kavicky and they informed me that not only DID my truck meet the criteria, but they were confident that they could win the lawsuit against Ford Motor Company and accepted my case. The entire process took quite a few months but they did in-fact win the lawsuit. The outcome being that Ford paid off the entire financed amount, I received every single dollar back that was associated with that truck IE: initial down payment, monthly payments, interest paid, rental car fees ect. The whole Kaufman & Kavicky team was very responsive and answered all questions and concerns in a very timely manner.
