Scott was willing to reply to my question even on a holiday. Gave me free advice without any mention of money.

I've learned a lot from the experience. For the record, my car was a 2013 Dodge Dart with an oil leak the dealership couldn't fix after 3 separate attempts. After the 3rd time, I contacted Scott.
