Mr. Kaufman kindly shared his services for a couple initial screening questions I had in regards to the process of going after a company for a wrongdoing. He ws professional and courteous with his time. Would recommend!

Wasted months of my time on a case they didn't want to see to the end... because they didn't read the intake notes at to the desired outcome. If they didn't want the case they should have not taken it, or continued to take the case since they agreed to it. Communications often took many days and were disorganized, as I had to explain the entire situation many times.

Scott showed genuine care about my case. Our vehicle had gone through multiple repairs and the manufacturer simply didn't care. He and his staff spent a lot of time to understand our situation. Even though in the end he determined he could not take our case, he gave a set of excellent referrals to other attorneys who could--all without cost to us. Imagine that! He is empathetic and really fights for the consumer. Should you ever be in the unfortunate position being stuck with a lemon, you will be in great hands with Scott.

Never responded I've submitted a chat request (Melissa) through your website chat with my information 2 times (separate days) and no response. I find it odd that you reply to a review rather than my request. Lol

I'm a corporate lawyer and these are the worst lawyers I have ever seen in my life. Calhoun showed up unprepared for my deposition, was reviewing Another file and simply do not pay attention. They are lemons

Thank you for your help. Ur answer is such different from other. Other lawyer said it is not woth to go small court for brake but is not about money. It is about their scam.

I have not retained Scott since my matter pertained to a class, however, he did help me answering my questions. I appreciated his time and guidance. I found him to be professional and experienced. I would consider retaining him in the future for any legal matter that may fall within his respective specialty.

Erica and Scott were AWESOME!!! I had bought a car online and had it for 8 months, took it to my mechanic for oil change and tire rotation. (I didn't commute at the time, so yes 8 months!) My mechanic discovered the whole entire chassis was COMPLETELY rusted! As soon as I found out I did contact the online company I bought it from, after talking to them, I knew I needed an attorney! Scott responded to my request for consult asap!! Now, if you think your issue will be resolved overnight, guess again! This is a long process and you have to be patient! My case took almost 2 years but it was settled out of court, company bought my car back too! Thanks to Erica and the entire team !! She is AMAZING !! She knows what she is doing!!! I reached out to this law firm for help with a used car purchase. The issue with the company has been resolved, so I am no longer in needed of assistance at this time. I will keep the law firm in mind if I have problems in the future though. The response time was very quick. I received a friendly call and follow-up email from Leilani the same day.
