Going through the court process by yourself can be a scary thing, even more so when they try to hit you with the max charges, like time in jail, community service, max hours of multiple classes, high penalties and fees and the list goes on and on.. Now on the other hand, retaining an attorney who will go above and beyond with extensive knowledge of the law and will fight for you with every blood and sweat, making moves in court with great confidence and years of experience makes an enormous difference. Not to mention, how attentive and professional he is throughout the process.
