I have to agree with most of the reviews here. This law firm goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Leslie, the assistant, was kind with her time and patient with me in helping me understand the process. I felt genuinely cared for. Simple things like taking my calls means a lot when you’re nervous about your situation. In the end they were able to prove that I was not at fault and the person responsible hit me out of negligence. Thank you, Leslie and everyone at the Law Offices Of Arash Khorsandi.

My rating is based on customer service and the handling of my case so far, as my case is still pending.
From the get go, my questions have been thoroughly and quickly answered (been working with Carlos M.). I have never felt like an inconvenience. And even though I live in Bakersfield, that has not been an issue with getting things done - they are on it! Honestly at this time I am just not stressed about the outcome as I have been getting the courtesy and medical treatment I need.

This is a warning to all medical providers who are considering accepting a Lien from this office. I would never accept a Lien with this office again as they attempted to drastically reduce my bill and are very rude.
