My friend Daisy referred me and I had a great experience with the firm after my motorcycle accident. They were very helpful and made my experience less stressful after suffering from injuries.

Elizabeth Melendrez (my case manager) was unbelievable she helped me with my case and kept me posted of everything through text, email and phone calls at my desire available times. I have nothing negative to say about her. My overall review for her is 4.5/5. My other review is for Tania and even though she helped me with the negotiation bills, it was really hard for me to get through her. I called her multiple times and was told she was either gone for the day or not available till the following week. She only called me once the other 5-6 times I had to call her. My experience with her is 3/5. My net settlement pay was lower than attorney fees and medical bills. Me being the client got lowest amount out of the 3. Overall so so experience with that. Other than that I would recommend family and friend and Elizabeth was amazing.

I was recommended to call Arash Law after my father suffered a serious work injury that required him to be hospitalized and then moved to an in patient rehabilitation center. After I spoke to them and told them that my father’s workman’s nurse case manager was trying to have me disregard the doctor’s recommendations and take my father home they took over my father’s representation and were able to help my father receive proper treatment for his multiple injuries. Tina and Pedro have been instrumental on ensuring that workers comp doesn’t ignore or minimizing my father’s injuries.
