Dave Monks customized a mountain of safety on the day we met for half the cost of two prior counsel, both whom formed sloppy little hills in comparison, especially given they had the exact info Mr. Monks had. I used to get paranoid after opening my monthly statement because I couldn't fathom his reasonable cost for such prompt, one on one responses. His ability to comprehend my situation during our first meeting in which I knew nothing of the legal system was astounding. Every angle of options were clear, sharing his veteran level knowledge took me from terrified and fragile to confident and empowered, in all matters of my rights, my child's rights, immediately prioritizing my concerns like a true boss. Paid him $1900 to represent me in Family Law Court. Asked what my interests and concerns were to file a new case in court. Promised to fulfill those interests and concerns. Gave him 4.5 months to fulfill what he promised. He gave me the run around, talked to the opposing party way more often than myself, in which paid him to represent me, took the other parties side and willing to adjust paperwork according to what the other party lied about. Waited until the day before to not represent me in court. He twisted his stories around to make it seem like it was my fault just so he can take the money and run. I agree with the other person who left the review on him. You must record your conversations because he will say you are the one that had everything wrong and will exist out of the agreement the day before your hearing. I only wish I would have read the other persons review first!
