Costen and ruiz law firm represented me on a criminal misdemeanor case that was 12 years old and i also had an active warrant for my arrest . The attorney represented me in court and not only did he had my warrant recalled ,he also had my case dismissed the very same day. My attorney went as far as to petition for a seal and destroy this criminal case from my record , i thank you for this!

Thank you to Costen Ruiz Law and specifically Mr. Jesse Ruiz. He represented our Son who was looking at six additional years to an existing 90 day sentence for an order violation; Mr. Ruiz’ tenacity, competence and negotiation skills resolved the case in Sons favor with only being given 75 additional days to serve. Mr. Ruiz and his firm were very responsive, professional and empathetic to our Sons situation, at no time did we not feel confident that Mr. Ruiz would go the extra mile to negotiate a resolution.
