I had a very tough case with the Alhambra Court. Initially, I hired a public defender and after numerous attempts, the DA would not reduce any of my charges and I was going to have a violent offense as well as a substantial amount of jail time. I hired Costen Ruiz Law to represent me for my case. They were reasonable with pricing and allowed me to make payments as I did not have the money to cover their services. My attorney Gina, was able to negotiate with the DA to drop the violent charge with no jail time. I am very content with the outcome of my case and this was only possible because of Costen Ruiz Law’s persistent negotiations with the District Attorney’s office. I would highly recommend this great team of hard working attorneys.

Dave Monks customized a mountain of safety on the day we met for half the cost of two prior counsel, both whom formed sloppy little hills in comparison, especially given they had the exact info Mr. Monks had. I used to get paranoid after opening my monthly statement because I couldn't fathom his reasonable cost for such prompt, one on one responses. His ability to comprehend my situation during our first meeting in which I knew nothing of the legal system was astounding.
