My brother was arrested for check and credit card fraud because they said he used a computer and the internet to embezzle money. They then added counterfeiting and forgery charges because they said some documents were illegally altered and signatures copied. The truth is that his identity had been stolen and we thought he was a in fact victim of a professional white collar and grad theft criminal. We did our search and decided to go with Tony. Our meeting was long and thorough and he took detailed notes of every little thing mentioned. My brother decided that Tony was a capable and experienced criminal attorney who would take care of the job. Thinking that all these fraud charges and possible federal charges could completely change his life made him go through sleepless nights and a lot of anxiety and stress. Hanging out with immature peers can lead you to negative situations. I’ve learned to be careful next time with whom I drive with or associate myself with. I was charged with possession of drugs. I really enjoyed coming in here. Right away they made me feel very welcomed and the team listened to our situation. Daniel Moaddel and his team helped me through this case that I had. Sometimes people end up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Just tagging along with the boys and we trespassed through a private property. Unfortunately, the owner called the cops and claimed we trying to steal from him. But with this firm they helped me through it all and i couldnt have asked any other Law Firm.

Daniel Moaddel is very considerate but yet a firm lawyer. I turned to him after an incident with an ex at a grocery store. My ex used my bag to steal items and unfortunately we were caught. With his help and his team they were able to dismiss my case and prove my innocence.
