After two years I finally settled with an arcade that assaulted me over winning arcade tickets. I am an advantage player and I have am able to win every big prize at the arcade for under retail. Most arcades are honest and will award big prizes to me regardless how much I paid to win them. But this arcade manager stole all my tickets off my card and didn't refund me and kicked me out with no resolution and I was at a loss of 37k arcade tickets and unused arcade credits. I went back trying to find a resolution and spend the remaining arcade credits I had but I instead was beaten up and sent to the hospital by their manager. If you ever seen the movie 21 or Casino, I was assaulted for winning too many arcade tickets. So I went out to find a lawyer and Matt from MKP law group took my case. Once the lawsuit began, the two managers who assaulted me were dismissed from their duties and no longer worked at the arcade. MKP Law Group stuck it out for two years and I have finally received my settlement check. Matt supported me the entire two years and the settlement check was enough to cover the hospital bills and legal fees.

Jordan of MKP is a great guy. I’m not a fan of lawyers or the legal system in general (sorry Jordan). Do yourself a big favor and move forward/open your case with MKP Law Group. Going anywhere else will be shooting yourself in the foot. I have had a lot of experience working with different lawyers in the past 4 years and without a doubt MKP is the best, by far. I'm so incredibly thankful for Jordan Peagler from MKP Law Group, LLP agreeing to represent me. I had gotten into my first car accident caused by someone else Fall of 2022 and it was a truly terrible wreck involving 3 cars and 6 people. I had absolutely no idea how to go about handling anything after spending the night in the hospital for care. For 6 months, I was lead to believe after several phone conversations with State Farm (the Insurance of the responsible party) that they would pay my hospital bills, which weren't fully covered by my insurance due to special circumstances, and that they would provide someone to represent me during a mediation meeting to determine how much money I would get in the settlement. Not only that but State Farm advised me not to get a lawyer. Cut to Spring of next year when the mediation for the settlement is getting organized and I finally realize that State Farm is not going to help me in the slightest.
