Si pudiera darle cero estrellas se las daría ellos solo le roban a las personas y no hacen nada con ese descontrol que tienen cada vez es diferente abogado y cuando cancelas no te devuelven nada por el trabajo que hicieron según ellos pero no hacen nada solo le roban y estafan a las personas a mi me estafaron con $3,500 ellos piensan que a uno no le cuesta el dinero tenga cuidado cuando los vayan a contratar por favor infórmense bien antes de hacerlo o busquen otros abogados ellos no hacen nada solo le roban a las personas

Do not! I repeat Do Not bring your legal issues to this company. They will not communicate with you at all. I have had the worst experience with this legal team. I applied for advance parole back in May 2023. My case was approved but the lawyers failed to inform and ship me the document in time. They told me that they apologize for their lack of communication but that my advance parole had expired. I was only granted a 3 month permit but it had already expired. When I heard that my heart dropped and I was in disbelief of what they were telling me. I couldn’t believe that a law firm this known would fail to get me my documents before they expire. How can you have my document for 4 months and not contact me. No one had contacted me previously until I started calling almost daily. I requested to get my money back as they failed to contact me as soon as they received my travel documents but instead waited for them to expire to then contact me. I can’t express how difficult they made it for me in being able to talk to a person working on my case. Every time I would talk to a different person and they would tell me that they weren’t working on my case so it was just left alone. How is a big law firm good at taking peoples money right away but fails to assign their cases to a specific person so they can track the process and inform their clients of their documents arriving at their office. I requested to speak to a manager on multiple occasions yet they never transferred me to one as they were never “available”. They told me that I wasn’t going to be able to get my money back. The best that they were able to do was file another application for advanced parole without the assurance of it getting approved. I expressed multiple times that I no longer trusted their work and wanted a refund. Of course they were not going to do that so I had to settle with them filing another application. They promised me that this time would be different and that there would be communication at all times. At first they did send me messages informing me that they had submitted my application and that USCIS received my application. On June 27th 2024 I got an email notification from USCIS that my application had been approved. Since then I have called their office a numerous amount of time, and they have yet to transfer me to someone I can talk to about my case. It is now mid August and they have yet to contact me. Every time I call they promise to call in 24 to 48 hours. It’s been almost two months and those 24 to 48 hours have yet to come. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can never get a hold of anyone past the receptionist. My worst fear is that my advance parole is going to expire again before I can get a hold of the person “working” on my case.

Muy mal servicio no contestan las llamadas los para legales nunca están nunca contestan y los abogados ni se digan llevo un año tratando de comunicarme con el paralegal para ver si va a trabajar en mi caso pero no hacen nada no los recomiendo

Do not hire this firm. Para cobrar los $950 por hacer una investigacion en el caso de mi hermano si fueron muy rapidos. Despues nunca me pude comunicar con mi abogada Lucy Freeman y el paralegal Daniel Rivas nunca me regresaba las llamadas o me dejaban asta 30 minutos esperando en linea. Nunca me mandaron los resultados de su supuesta investigacion y hoy precisamente abri un complain con ellos para que me devuelvan mi dinero. Solo me hicieron perder el tiempo. Esta es mi primera vez en mi Vida que escribo un review como este y solo es porque estoy convencido que me robaron mi dinero y mi tiempo.

Bueno de mi parte quiero decir y darles las gracias por toda su alluda para mi fue algo in precionante que ni yo me lo creo todo fue tan rápido bueno después de varias llamadas 1.5..20.no se pero en 3 meses todo estuvo listo el permiso de trabajo ala semana la llamada que tengo al go en la oficina o dios mío dije eso es eso es isi fue mi targeta de residencia muchísimas gracias Ahora soy residente y lo mejor que no salí no tuve entrevista de Imigracion Que más puedo pedir gracias a ustedes y a mi mirgencita de Guadalupe. Los recomiendo solo pasiencia
