My brother was arrested for check and credit card fraud because they said he used a computer and the internet to embezzle money. They then added counterfeiting and forgery charges because they said some documents were illegally altered and signatures copied. The truth is that his identity had been stolen and we thought he was a in fact victim of a professional white collar and grad theft criminal. We did our search and decided to go with Tony. Our meeting was long and thorough and he took detailed notes of every little thing mentioned. My brother decided that Tony was a capable and experienced criminal attorney who would take care of the job. Thinking that all these fraud charges and possible federal charges could completely change his life made him go through sleepless nights and a lot of anxiety and stress.
