I was involved in a motor vehicle incident that occurred last July 28, 2023, I was driving on Highway 325 towards Burns. During that day, I was with my wife and daughter. We were at the stop sign when suddenly another vehicle rear-ended our car. Upon the impact, I hit my head on the headrest. I felt dizzy and was very scared for my wife and daughter, I asked them if they were okay and thankfully they were. We pulled over and I didn't even know how to react, I was angry and I felt horrible. We settled on our own, and we exchanged information. There were no police reports made, and no ambulance. Then we decided to go home thinking that we would feel better. A few days later, the symptoms from my injuries appeared. I experience right-side pain, right shoulder pain, back pain, and hand pain. I also suffered from headaches and dizziness. I tried taking pain medications, however, the pain didn't go away on its own. I haven't seen any Doctor because I was waiting for my insurance to approve my request. So my wife and I decided to look for a personal injury law firm. We searched through our Facebook account and we instantly booked an appointment. We got a call back from them. Then my treatment started. They helped us arrange our appointments and constantly kept us updated about the progress. I was happy that my family would be treated accordingly. As of the moment, we do have more treatment schedules and we do continue with our chiropractic adjustments. I hope there will be great improvements from these treatments. Coping from the injuries and accident itself is quite hard, knowing that I still have to work even if I'm in pain. I experience a lack of concentration at work due to sudden headaches and dizziness. I also had difficulty in bending, lifting my arms, writing due to my hand pain, and everything.. I mean I find it difficult to do everything, there were no times that I couldn't say OUCH when doing anything. My wife also felt the same. It was indeed a traumatizing experience. First of all, I must say that I could never imagine how ten seconds of life could change a person's view of his whole existence. Three weeks ago my whole life changed because of one reckless driver. I own a small two-door vehicle. This car is good if you like a nice smooth ride with outstanding mileage.

I was involved in a motor vehicle incident that occurred last June 21, 2021, at approximately 7:40 in the morning. My usual working schedule is from 8 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon. It was a Monday morning, and as expected there would be heavy traffic ahead of me, so I decided to leave home at 7:15 in the morning. On that day, I was traveling Southbound on I-405 in the number two lane at approximately 70 mph. I remember getting hit along the right side by a Black vehicle and I lost control of my vehicle. I only felt one impact, however, I saw two more vehicles hit my car. When my car was hit, I was pushed into the center divider on the freeway. During the impact I was wearing my seatbelt, however, the airbags were not deployed. I also felt my body and torso thrown from side to side, front to back in my seat. I nearly rolled over but I was able to regain control of my vehicle and came to a stop blocking the middle lanes until the California Highway Patrol arrived. I was dazed and shocked. It took me a while to utter a word due to the trauma. The police investigated the scene, and a police report was made. There was an ambulance but I refused to seek medical help. After the investigation, I went home, thinking I would get better.

Beverly Law is a cut above the rest. while this process and experience was new to me, they made me feel extremely comfortable in the process and providing updates as well as checking in to ensure I was doing okay after a troubling accident. I hope no one ever has an accident but if you do, Beverly Law should be your choice . Last April 30, 2023, I was involved in a car accident while I was on NorthGate Boulevard at the intersection. As the light turned green, I immediately proceeded to go. Then all of a sudden another vehicle took the red light and impacted my vehicle. Due to the high impact, I was violently jolted inside my vehicle, hit my head on the headrest, and was blacked out for a few seconds. I was terrified and was in pain. The driver who hit my vehicle was placed at fault, we both exchanged information. The police were already notified and arrived at the scene but didn't file a report. After that, I went home with major discomfort all over my body. This incident made me suffer from lower back pain, neck pain, bruises on the left side of my body, and I felt that my small toe on my right foot was fractured. Later that day of the incident, at night time I voluntarily presented myself to go to the Emergency Room. I went to the Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, and I was examined, got a CT scan of my neck, and was released with prescribed medicines. Although the pain medications had helped me temporarily, the symptoms persisted most especially my toe. By then I decided to look for a personal injury lawyer that would help me with my injuries and as well as my compensation. I've had my first lawyer who subsequently made an initial investigation with my case, however, I continued to consult with other lawyers. Until, I found Beverly Law which had a better proposal and offered me an automatic loan I can get. I find them very interesting and signed the retainer they sent me. I eventually switched and was working with the Beverly Law team. They have provided me with the necessary treatments and have assisted me entirely. I have completed all the courses of nonoperative care, including multiple sessions of physical rehab and steroid injections. I underwent two facet blocks in the lumbar spine. This injection has helped me a lot, and I was very happy with the results of the injections so far. The only reason/gap of my treatment was the pregnant wife. She badly needs me everytime and I have been dealing with my injuries as well. It was hard. I had been so moody than usual and I always had to wear sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sensitivity to light. In addition, the on/off headaches I experienced daily were hard to deal with as well. I have been very stressed lately and can't deny that it has been tough. I am now slowly recovering from the trauma and pain. I know this will take me months or even years. The Beverly Law Firm did a phenomenal job helping me with my case.
