En el 2015, Cuando me llevo la psicóloga Helena a su oficina, y yo sin conocerla pensé que realmente me ayudaría con mi caso de visa T porque pensé que sabía de casos de víctimas de crimenes y que me iba a ayudar a obtener un poco de justifica a todo lo vivido, ya que la vi muy comprometida a ayudar, pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que no supo manejar mi caso y que fue más fácil para usted irse por el caso de mi esposo, el cual usted a simple vista pensó que podría con el, pero que con el tiempo no supo manejar ya que lo único que le importo fue no dejar ir a un cliente más. Nos hizo perder muchos años con un caso que por su falta de experiencia lo hizo más largo porque no supo como prepararlo desde el Inicio ya que le pagamos por lo primordial que era la certificación de policía la cual no consiguió y solo cobro. Y después nosotros fuimos a pedirla y la policía nos la dio. Siempre prefería esperar a que USCIS pidiera más evidencias( evidencias que usted no ayudó a conseguir ni con un consejo de que hacer o a donde ir ) solo para cobrar por su servicio, no sabiendo que eso hace más larga la espera para el aplicante. Esperar una aprobación después de más de 7 años fue muy estresante por su falta de empatía a lo vivido y con mucho miedo al saber que por su falta de preparación me hubieran podido negar el caso y caer hasta en una deportación. Espero que haya aprendido conmigo hacer visas de crímenes tanto visa T como visa U y que cuando alguien vaya a su oficina con un caso de visa T si le crea y lo ayude. Y no le haga perder tantos años como lo hizo conmigo por no creerle, ya q con visa T no se necesita reporte de policía, basta con la declaración de la persona y en aquella época en menos de 6 meses aprobaban un caso de visa T Lástima, perdió unos clientes, ya que a estás alturas ya estuviéramos aplicando para la ciudadanía con usted.

I am so grateful for the care that I have received from Beverly Law after my recent car accident. My friend and I were driving and another car hit us. She has been so nice, making sure that I had all of the medical treatment that I needed for my case and consistently called me to see how I was doing to make me feel better. Beverly Law ,they are criminals! My wife and I were in a Lyft and were rear-ended by a drunk lady in a jaguar! That is an easy open and closed LLC case ,one million dollars? we didn't even receive 60 grand between the both of us , didn't even cover my lost wages! Worst mistake we ever made was singing them to represent us ! We are not in a better way than we were .

In the beginning, my case was actually going well. My case manager was able to get me the treatment I needed, even on the day of the accident. I was quite shocked at the level of service. All the way through the settlement, my case manager has been excellent. The attorney and liens department, however, have failed to close out the final part of my case. They have ignored my emails, and they fail to communicate with me to this day. I have sent emails and follow-ups, but still nothing back. I am not sure if they have bigger cases, but this is unacceptable regardless. The liens department is also incredibly unprofessional. I sent an email reminder one time, and then all of a sudden, they want to close out my case. I have been waiting for 4+ months and still have not received the final check. It's pathetic and unprofessional that they want me to accept like $3k for a $15k settlement, without ever sending the breakdown! And Asael from the liens department kept pushing me to accept this offer without ever sending me a breakdown. Who does that? Those of you reading, I hope you do not choose this law firm, and instead go with another reputable one. You won't be treated with the respect you deserve with Beverly Law

I was referred to Asher Hoffman's office when another law firm did not want to take my mom's case because "it wasn't big enough." From the first time we spoke, Asher made us feel as if our case was important and treated every step of the way with integrity and respect. My mom was involved in an accident and the insurance companies tried to settle for less than our out of pocket costs! Asher took it to the companies involved and got us fantastic results. My husband and I did a lot of research when trying to find a firm to help with my immigration.We are very happy that we decided to go with them. They made it very clear exactly what we needed to do and we were pleasantly surprised that I was approved for my green card after just 2 months of it being submitted to the government! The process itself was around 2yrs. However compared to everything we heard we were not expecting such a fast turnaround and I had my 10yrs. green card.Definitely worth the investment with them!
