I cannot express the gratitude I have towards Brian and his team! I am so grateful I came across his firm when I was in need from the services of a good attorney. I was in a head on collision on a Saturday & having been in a car accident in the past I knew having knowledgeable legal counsel was important. I messaged Brian and even during the weekend he discussed my case with me giving me advice on what to do next. He scheduled an in person meeting with me & my husband the next week and took care of everything from there so I could concentrate on my recovery. Overall the experience was so much better than the last experience I had with my previous attorney. I couldn't be more happy with the way he handled my case. We selected attorney Brian Breiter to handle our case after a serious accident. -I had a broken neck and two mid back spine fractures. My friend’s vision was affected because eyes vitreous detachment, and Brian appeared to have the analytical skills, communication and judgement to handle our incident of premise liability. Recently the case was settled and I received a substantial compensation. My friend received a smaller settlement, but was not charged the contracted 40% legal fees. I thought that it was going to be difficult to type a review because some leftover hands limitations-and the emotions attached, however, the biggest difficulty is finding the best words to describe the exceptional service we received from this firm. In time, we got to know also lawyer Mark Rubaskin, and what a great attorney he is. In many instances, he counseled me to stay strong, when I was in pain and doubt and I wanted to quit everything and so overwhelmed that I wanted to settle early but he convinced me to the contrary. They work very well together and are on top of things. What a great team: Harmony, Expertise and Experience. Later, in the mid of the process, I read two depositions done by Brian taken and we were impressed with his concise articulation, his knowledge and arguments. He could spot weaknesses in the opposition and make it work to our benefit. It was clear that we were in good hands, and I stopped wanting to read more of the reports. Brian is a brilliant persuasive negotiator as he demonstrated in our two mediations Thank you, Brian and Mark. Just want to start out by saying i am so glad i found Brian. I have never had to deal with a lawyer before for an accident but my first experience was easy and a smooth process. Words alone cannot express my appreciation for what the Law Offices of Brian Breiter has done for our family. About 29 months ago, on a late Friday night my parents were involved in a DWI accident which turned my world upside down. My parents were coming home after work around 11pm. I just want to say Wanda helped my husband get all his papers ready for his appointment in CD. Juarez and thanks to her everything went good he got his visa to come back and three months later he got his resident card. We are really happy with her work. And Vivian also was really good and professional she fought at court to take my husband deportation away and was able to get him a working permit while she fought at court and until he got his green card. It is with great pleasure that I write this personal account of my experience with the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Nearly two years ago, I was rear ended while completely stopped on the freeway in what ended up being a 4 car collision. ReAlly??? We literally sat in her desk 1 minute...Why make people come in for something you already know and is incorrect by the way! Rude
