I was in very difficult situation with my wife's green card case by hiring a wrong lawyer. My old lawyer did mess up our case and it ended up getting our petition and application being rejected. The day we spoke to Mr. Won for the first time to discuss our rejected case, he did explain why and how our case got rejected and the lawful way to resurrect our case from dead to alive. It brought us piece in our mind and looking at his experience and knowledge, I signed up with him at the spot and asked him to save our case. Day I received my case statement sent out to USCIS office, I was able to feel confident that my case will be re opened and approved since the level of the terms and wordings used on my statement was far above and beyond from what we had from our previous lawyer that we had to fire after we got our case rejected. At the end of the day, our case got re opened within a month from the day we met Mr. Won, and we also witnessed miracle of getting my wife's Green card within 2 weeks from the day we got the case re opening notice from the USCIS. I believe Mr. Won's legal statement mentioning clear USCIS error by the law have helped our case being expedited on its own way. He did mention that our case must be re opened by the law and it should also get approved at the same time due to the error made by USCIS. In August 2022, I submitted a green card application with WeWon Law Group. I've been waiting for 1 yr and 9 months and I got notice from USCIS. GOSH....We received NOID(Notice of Intent to Deny). They guessed the relationship between me and my wife without basis. I was so ridiculous that they NOID of my case. BUT!!!!!!!!!!! The Lawyer of WeWon Law Group! First, he reassured me so well and explained why USCIS NOID me. Then he gave me the instruction from A to Z to solve this issue. And I prepared what he said, and the lawyer also prepared a legal opinion letter too. Then we were sent to USCIS. !!!!!! I just received a "Case Approved" notice from USCIS. It took 2 weeks only.
