Where do I start the many thanks? First of all I'm going to thank Jane Oak, herself along with Michelle Kim, and Cesar. I don't even know where to start because of the enormous amount of gratitude and thanks we have for this establishment, this firm. They have gone above and beyond, to allow my wife to have a life with me in America. We started this journey a year ago, and she just received her green card. She received her work card and then her social security card and now working on a driver's license, and going to school. And this is all because of this firm. Jane even went as far as doing FaceTime with us when she was on holiday in another country, this is how they treat you, like family, like real caring family. The moment we started this until a few days ago, we were kept up to date, in the loop, and any questions that we had they returned with answers within 24 hours if not sooner. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Jane started her own firm in 2000 and she has built a team that is called the dream team in our house, it's what we call them. A lot of people come to America from other countries just wanting to be with their spouse or have a better life and if you want a firm that stands behind you, goes to bat for you, will do everything in their power with over 20 years of experience then this is the firm that you need to speak with. When we mentioned the dream team, in our home we have a little side joke about the dream team, it has provided us our dream card not our green card. So from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank the entire team at Jane Oak and Associates. We're not finished yet we just started this journey, so we will be working with them in 2 years to have some provisions removed, and then we will receive our 10-year dream card/green card. And in the meantime, we are going to enjoy, celebrate, promote, all that has happened this last year. Mind you this literally took around 8 months to complete to get the first green card. There were no surprises, there were no hiccups, it was full speed ahead and no backing down. When we met with them in person, it was the most professional, and caring feeling that we received. I could go on and on about this company and how great they are and how caring they are and how professional. You will not find a better immigration attorney than these wonderful human beings. I want to say that I am very happy with Tony Seyfi because he helped our family and my husband to remove a bench warrant and put the case on track so the criminal charges against my husband could be dropped. I would recommend Tony for any bench warrant in Los Angeles courts. My husband didn’t even have to go to court. Tony went to court for us and my husband was never arrested. He is probably the best criminal lawyer in Los Angeles that gives very low rates with convenient payment plans. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I can't do zero stars, but that's what Moaddel Law Firm truly deserves. This is probably the worst-run law firm I have ever had the misfortune of working with. The staff are extremely unresponsive, and after initial consultation & upfront payment, you never actually speak with any lawyer or legal professional. Interactions with any staff are few & far between. The assistants never seem to be working, and the supervisors take more than 2 weeks to return your calls if they even bother to. We had a straightforward immigration case that just required the filing of the I601A waiver, and this process took longer than 6 months for them to even submit the forms! They've been extremely negligent and dismissive of our case, broken several deadlines, transferred us between several 'assistants' & have gotten nothing done for our case. Some supervisors have acknowledged their firm's negligence and tried partially refunding us in exchange for a 'second-chance', but even then, they've failed to follow through with anything they proposed. We had our NVC appointment but had to reschedule because we wasted our time with this poorly run "law firm". Mr. Daniel Moadell is either too distracted to notice how poorly run his firm is, or indifferent to the concerns of his clients that pay for services upfront. Regardless, I can't help but notice the discrepancy between reviews on BBB + the amount of complaints/lawsuits filed against them compared to the superficial reviews shown on their website. It has now been 17 months since this process began, which is roughly the time it takes to get this form approved, and we haven't even been given any receipt from USCS or confirmation of receipt from Moaddel. After several hours of phone calls to USCIS, we were finally able to learn that the form submitted by Moaddel was DENIED back in July of 2023. Even after we called for months after July 2023, the assistants simply said it was still processing and they'd update us as soon as they had more information. As recently as December of 2023, Moaddel told us that the application was still in review. This is extremely heartbreaking and frustrating beyond comprehension. They never told us the application was denied, nor did they provide any insights into why it was denied. We have thorough documentation of all these conversations and will definitely seeking counsel from the state BAR to assess what our best course of action will be moving forward.
