I was involved in a a really bad car accident and Jake and his associates helped represent me. Jake and his amazing team located in los Angeles assisted me for a 9 month period after the accident. They did an amazing job with following up with me on a daily and weekly basis throughout that entire 9 month period. Their constant communication and deep care for their clients is the reason why I chose this firm over other ones. I was recommended to be assisted by Jake by a friend and I am very glad I made the decision to go with his firm. About 3 years ago, I was rear ended on my way home from work. The company that owned the vehicle that hit me had their lawyers send me a letter in the mail stating that they were suing me. That is when I started to work with the Law Offices of Jake D Finkel. Everything was done over the phone and via email. Him and his staff were very in attentive to me and what was going on with my case. They would constantly call me and provide me with updates in regards to the progress. In the end, the company that was suing me ended up losing the case. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Jake D Finkel to anyone looking for assistance with a lawsuit. My mother-in-law also worked with them when an uninsured driver hit her (the other party involved was an excluded driver on the insurance for the vehicle she was driving).
