Last year I had a car accident. This incident occurred last January 30, 2023. I was going straight and a vehicle ahead made a right turn and we collided. Due to the strong impact, I was jolted inside my vehicle and hit my head on the headrest. I felt dizzy and terrified. I got out of my vehicle right away. I felt my heart pounding and I was shaking. I broke down seeing my car was at a total loss. After that, no police or paramedics were notified. We both exchanged information with the defendant and he accepted 90% of the liabilities and placed him at fault. I went home after the incident. Since then, my car has been stuck in my garage because of the damages and it is not drivable anymore.

If I were to describe my experience that caused me so much trauma and made me suffer from personal injuries, it was literally a HORRIBLE experience for me. I would not describe this as a car accident since I didn't experience colliding with another vehicle, but still, that experience made me realize a lot of things. I experienced such an unfortunate occurrence last April 27, 2022. On that day, my vehicle was just parked somewhere at 2212 E 97th Street. I can't recall but maybe I forgot to lock my vehicle. When I tried to get into my car, someone was inside already. I attempted to jump into my vehicle while the robber stealing the vehicle was driving away with my car. I was left hanging on the door. I was trying to extricate this robber from me, holding on tightly and being pulled along with the vehicle, with my back striking another vehicle along the way. My head also hit the vehicle and I fell to the ground. Following what happened, I immediately called 911. They came to where I was, along with the ambulance. I was immediately transported to the Hospital. I was uncertain in regards to loss of consciousness because I already felt like my whole body was crumbling. I was in so much pain. I had undergone various examination at the Hospital. They took X-rays and an MRI and based on the results, I was diagnosed with a fracture of the coccyx, and 3 ligaments were torn. I also received injections and pain medications. I spent a total of 8 days at the Hospital. The moment I have released from the Hospital, I tried looking for a personal injury law firm through my Facebook account. I had an initial consultation with a chiropractor Doctor and was advised to have an MRI of my left knee and head, and was recommended for a neurological consultation to further address my headache. I was also suggested to continue with my chiro treatment twice a week. Then I had my second consultation with the pain management facility and had an epidural steroid injection and a PRP injection on my knees. In addition, I also had the chance to talk to a psychologist because I suffered from PTSD. My life was very difficult because I couldn't find any ways on what steps should I take next. I spend many sleepless nights thinking about what should be the solution to my problems. Not so long ago, I had a car accident. As it turns out, I didn't enjoy a single one. Car crashes are terrifying, inconvenient, costly, and painful. Often people walk away injured, without usable transportation, and in financial peril. On top of all that is the confusion and hassle of trying to deal with the insurance companies and repair shops. I suffered from personal injuries due to this incident, I suffered from fractured neck, back, and neck pain. I went to my primary doctor but I wasn't able to seek proper medical attention due to the lack of funds. I was on my way to pick up my passenger, I was stopped at the stoplight and waiting for the green light, and suddenly a car came from the freeway exit on my left side. Instead, the car turned to the right or left, just went straight across the street, and then hit my car from the driver's side. When I got out of my car, suddenly the car backed up onto the runway. I didn’t have the chance to take a picture of the car, and license plate as well. Everything happened quickly. Then I called the police emergency to take care of the accident. Later, an ambulance also came to check my chest and I felt pain at the time. This happened in Riverside City, California at around 2:30 in the morning on February 18, 2024. Words can't express how frightfully my experience was last February 24, 2024. It was supposed to be a beautiful Friday when all of a sudden it turned out to be a horrifying day. That day I was driving in the left lane when I saw this other vehicle that was on the right lane, suddenly the driver of that vehicle made a u-turn and turned into my vehicle. At the moment of the collision, I was violently shaken inside my vehicle and even hit my head on the headrest. I felt very dizzy and I lost consciousness for a few seconds. I was scared and nervous. I felt like my heart was pounding very fast. I hurried and notified the police. We pulled over and a few moments later the police arrived at the scene. We exchanged information and a police report was filed. My car was sent to a repair shop and I went home feeling all the pain in some parts of my body. Unfortunately, I suffered from lower back pain and in the mid-upper back, numbness in my legs and both hands and fingers. I was not seen by a Doctor and all I ever did was take an over-the-counter medicine. One week later, I tried my luck by looking for a personal injury through my Facebook account. The day I had my car accident was the day that I will never forget.
