I am so grateful for the care that I have received from Beverly Law after my recent car accident. My friend and I were driving and another car hit us. I felt aches in my chest and in my right leg, but with the support of my case manager, Elaine, and my lead attorney, Michael Shemtoub, they really did their best to get me the settlement that I deserve. She has been so nice, making sure that I had all of the medical treatment that I needed for my case and consistently called me to see how I was doing to make me feel better. Beverly Law ,they are criminals! My wife and I were in a Lyft and were rear-ended by a drunk lady in a jaguar! That is an easy open and closed LLC case ,one million dollars? we didn't even receive 60 grand between the both of us , didn't even cover my lost wages! Worst mistake we ever made was singing them to represent us ! We are not in a better way than we were .

In the beginning, my case was actually going well. My case manager was able to get me the treatment I needed, even on the day of the accident. I was quite shocked at the level of service. All the way through the settlement, my case manager has been excellent. The attorney and liens department, however, have failed to close out the final part of my case. They have ignored my emails, and they fail to communicate with me to this day. I have sent emails and follow-ups, but still nothing back. I am not sure if they have bigger cases, but this is unacceptable regardless. The liens department is also incredibly unprofessional. I sent an email reminder one time, and then all of a sudden, they want to close out my case. I have been waiting for 4+ months and still have not received the final check. It's pathetic and unprofessional that they want me to accept like $3k for a $15k settlement, without ever sending the breakdown! And Asael from the liens department kept pushing me to accept this offer without ever sending me a breakdown. Who does that? Those of you reading, I hope you do not choose this law firm, and instead go with another reputable one. You won't be treated with the respect you deserve with Beverly Law

I was referred to Asher Hoffman's office when another law firm did not want to take my mom's case because "it wasn't big enough." From the first time we spoke, Asher made us feel as if our case was important and treated every step of the way with integrity and respect. My mom was involved in an accident and the insurance companies tried to settle for less than our out of pocket costs! Asher took it to the companies involved and got us fantastic results. My mom received top notch medical treatment from Asher's network of doctors and we received a handsome settlement in the end because of his diligence and attention. Throughout the process of all the back and forth Asher kept us informed and maintained a positive attitude that we would see results. We did and we are forever thankful for his help. The process itself was around 2yrs. However compared to everything we heard we were not expecting such a fast turnaround and I had my 10yrs. green card.Definitely worth the investment with them!
