I called the attorney Michael Shemtoub’s office because I had an accident and spend like one month looking for a good representation. He was the only attorney who was interested in my health, my pain levels and how this accident has changed my life. I hired him! Believe me, has been my best decision, I’m getting the treatment I need and not paying anything for it!

My mother once said that I should follow the traffic rules and I should drive slowly. As I grow older, I have learned to be cautious in driving. However, I experienced a car accident which I believe changed my perspective in life. The incident happened last January 05, 2020, at 7:19 PM. I was seatbelt on, when my car was hit, rear-ended by another vehicle at full stop. Airbags were not deployed. Upon impact, I felt my body and torso being thrown from front to back in my seat. I was shaking and so nervous during that time. Afterward, I got out of the car and immediately called the police. A police report was but I rejected being brought to the hospital. I went home thinking I would get better. When I arrived at our home, my mother was surprised and she panicked. I stated what happened and she was mad at me. I then started complaining about neck and lower back pain soon after the accident. The next day, I went to the chiropractic clinic for an initial assessment. I was referred to One Body Physical Therapy where I attended chiropractic therapy and was discharged with mild relief. After that, I was suggested to have an MRI of my lumbar spine on February 10, 2022, but the pain persisted and worsened. I was then referred to the Pain Management office of Doctor Michael Hayavi, he was so nice and friendly. I consulted my situation and he reviewed my past treatments and MRI results. I was assisted well, I had a physical examination. Doctor Michael made a treatment plan, I need to start the Home Exercise Program, and if the pain doesn't go away, he suggested that I should undergo three lumbar epidural injections. So he instructed me to continue with my chiropractic treatment and additional HEP program. I knew within myself that I would not have to undergo injections, so I tried my best to recover well by attending the treatments on time. After 4-5 weeks, I went to Doctor Michael again for re-assessment, and during my final evaluation, he noticed progress with the treatments. I was so happy. Then finally he suggested, I continue with physical therapy. Last year felt like a nightmare. That accident made me emotionally, mentally, and physically stressed. I had to endure all the pain on my own, I felt like giving up. I have to think positively to be able to recover faster. I didn't have enough sleep, and I can't eat properly because of the trauma. I had to take a few months off from work because I needed time to rest. It is very difficult. I had my family and friends, who were so kind in sending me warm messages which filled my heart with gratitude. I am now sharing my experience with all of you so you can be aware of how devastating it would be after you experience a car accident. So please, be careful and be mindful of your surroundings. M. There honestly aren’t enough good things to say about Brian Breiter & his office. I met Brian when he came to see me in the hospital after I was hit by a car that ran a red light while I was crossing the street on foot. I had fractures in both legs, multiple vertebrae, my left arm & face, as well as two joints in my right arm that had to be completely rebuilt. It was a lot to handle physically, mentally, and emotionally. And I needed help with the legal side of things. I was very quickly struck by Brian’s warm personality & his sense of humor, not to mention impressed with his knowledge & manner. Though not being able to move much & in a considerable amount of pain, talking with Brian & trading quips during that meeting made me feel quite good. I had met with some other lawyers, but it was obvious to me & the others in the room that I had found the person I wanted to work with. There was honestly no competition. Along with Brian, I worked with the brilliant Mark Rubashkin. They counseled me through the process, kept me updated with how the case was progressing & checked in on me to see how I was doing. It was clear that they & their team not only cared for me as a client, but as a person. My case was spread over a few years, and they were always available to talk & answer any questions I had. I also worked with Omar Roque, a paralegal in their office, who is amazing. Working on the legal case while also focusing on my physical rehabilitation was a lot to keep organized, and whenever I was stressed out about it, after speaking with Brian, Mark or Omar I always felt more relaxed & reassured. I highly recommend Brian & his office, and already have to people I know who’ve asked me if I knew any lawyers. If I ever have any legal questions on any subject, Brian & Mark are my first call. I am so thankful for their help, and to have been able to meet them. It was truly a pleasure.

I am very fortunate to have had found this office!! My ATTY that handled my case was Tasha Afkham i have no words to describe how thankful I am with all her generous helped she gave me. I had other experience with other offices and nobody want it to help with my husband case. His case was not difficult at all just need it patients and time and that’s what TASHA gave me. She gave me patients and time that others didn’t want to do for us. His case was I-212 waiver. I am forever great full she have me all the attention we needed it and the patients.
