have been a single father since my 8yr old daughter was 2½. Surviving domestic violence. She has spent the last year unjustly labeled a victim of child abuse, in foster care over something I was merely detained for & released the next day for, over a year ago. I live with a condition I can only explain as a kind of survivor's guilt. My daughter wrongly held as a victim of a crime that never was. This awful miscarriage of justice has my daughter acting out Masochistically. The self injury extent I witnessed ( I am formally educated in two aspects of Medicine, the operating room and the Emergency room. )There is no physical way a girl would be able to do that much harm to herself in my care. The tree times at least that I witnessed maxio facial injuries. I Reported each time So much so that last week I was asked/allowed to text message three times a day to help prevent her from from committing harm to herself. since I got home over a year ago. And that's when my daughter should have. Every day Lydias away from home is one more day she needs therapy for. Thank you Wilshire law firm Carlos Roman Guzman, Grateful father.
