Carina was soo much help she got all of my questions answered and was super fast turning things in and helping get my case resolved! She was so sweet messaging me updates and keeping me informed. I was also very pleased with the legal assistant Leonardo he was so much help and also very fast with all of the work. He kept my mother in law and myself informed messaging and calling both of us it was very sweet for him to take the time to help us both stay calm.

It sad to say that all the negative reviews are in fact true!!!! How they have any good reviews is a mystery. In April it's going to be a full year since we submitted a filing, for the 1st 6months they were good at calling for their money but as soon as they got their full amount NOTHING!!! They don't answer, if they do, the person you're looking for is always on lunch or break. I've gone in person and they act very apologetic and like they care. As soon as you walk out the door, they could care less about your concerns. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Listen to the NEGATIVE reviews!!
