Best of the best. I have never had any legal issues until 2016, and I was referred to Dan by a friend. Him and his team have held my hand through the tough times and have made me fearless in a case that is the scariest thing I've ever been through. Hanging out with immature peers can lead you to negative situations. I’ve learned to be careful next time with whom I drive with or associate myself with. I was charged with possession of drugs. Since I was driver and no one claim the drugs by default I was charged under my name. It was Stressful to go thru this. I didn’t sleep for nights and didn’t bother socializing. It affected my life at a young age. Somehow I found out about this law firm and it became my savior. Without exaggerating this firm helped me thru my court case! I'll be completely honest, when I first wrote a review I would've rated them a 0, and rated them a 1 with how frustrated I was with my reaffirmation going wrong and feeling like no one cared about my bankruptcy case and helping me move forward. Thankfully, David Lee stepped in when he found out how unhappy I was, and he helped me out with my reaffirmation and made sure he could turn around how i felt about my bankruptcy case. I really enjoyed coming in here. Right away they made me feel very welcomed and the team listened to our situation. Daniel Moaddel and his team helped me through this case that I had. Sometimes people end up in the wrong place at the wrong time. Just tagging along with the boys and we trespassed through a private property. Unfortunately, the owner called the cops and claimed we trying to steal from him. But with this firm they helped me through it all and i couldnt have asked any other Law Firm.

I’m a combat veteran that lost custody of my son after returning from Iraq in 2003. I retained counsel and lost over and over again. Fighting for custody of my son was more difficult and heart wrenching than fighting in Iraq (former Marine Scout Sniper). We learned to live with the custody arrangement and maximized every opportunity to spend with my son. When matters went from bad to worse I met with Mr. Collum and provided detailed notes of items past, present and what was easily predicted. Mr. Collum worked with us on a payment structure that I could afford and he went to work. Thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy are words I use to describe him. Mr Moaddel in person was great he spoke to us one on one and gave us the info we needed to know in easy to understand terminology. After understanding the situation we wanted to retain them right away and that we did. After their work was completed we could see by the results that they fought hard in court to get us what we wanted.

Never did I think that my younger brother would be charged with a DUI. I really did not know what to do until I heard about Moaddel over the radio. They helped my brother avoid jail time but he did have to be on probation. Totatlly would recommend this firm to anyone.

I was recently charged with damaging government property and problem was that I already had a coupled tickets in my record that had been unpaid.
