Definitely would recommend, they explained how things would go from start to end. They were also really easy to get a hold of, and if they weren’t available when I called they were good at getting back to me the same day.

If anything positive happens after this comment, I will change my rating to a higher positive rating.
Be warned.
First of all, never have 2 cases with the same law firm.
This was my 1st mistake.
My issue with Countrywide Trial Attorneys is the complete lack of communication with the client.
My 1st case will be a year old on November 14th, 2024, my 2nd case will be a year old on December 29th, 2024.
Never leave messages with the receptionist or leave voicemails with the person handling your case.
You will never get a response.
The only solution is to use the contact form on the Contact Us page.
Somehow, it seems the big shots of the firm see the message and this gets the ball rolling.
The first person handling both cases was Veronica Barraza.
My last voicemail, I purposely waited 5 business days to use the contact form.
This forced a staff member (Omar Rosales) to call me back 6 business days later from the voicemail and 24 hours after using the contact form.
He didn't seem to know nothing about my case.
At first, he thought that my cases were transferred from another law firm. Wrong, how about reading some case notes before you contact the client.
He asked me to write 2 separate impact statements on how my life has been affected.
I wouldn't have an issue with writing an impact statement, but a whole year later you want me to write an impact statement is totally ridiculous.
On my 2nd case, I was the victim of a hit and run.
I have uninsured motorist insurance.
How does an impact statement going to make a difference on a preset amount of money that should be settled from my own insurance.
Is the sound of violins playing will provide me with a bigger settlement on an automatic and limited settlement amount on a hit and run case, Nope.
On my previous contacts, I was told that the cases were on the stage were Countrywide had already submitted all the paperwork to the insurance companies.
Everything on my 2 cases has been treated like I need Top Secret Clearances to get any info.
In my opinion it seems to me that they already had received the settlement money and pocketed the money and then erased all records of it.
I will be contacting both insurance companies to find out if they have disbursed any funds to Contrywide Trial Attorneys
