Paralegal Priscella, was AWESOME! Priscella responded quickly to all my questions. I would definitely recommend.

The worst law firm I’ve ever come across. I’ve dealt with them as a client for a little over a year and to this day I am still waiting for my money. The attorney that has been assigned to my case lacks communication and has the worst customer service I can think of. For the most part, I would have to reach out to my lawyer to get an update. Occasionally, my lawyer calls me and informs me with new information. I feel as if they didn’t fight strong enough for my case. They could’ve done a better job in my opinion. And I also feel like the lawyers have done nothing in the past year. I highly suggest not wasting your time with this law firm. My lawyer did inform me that I will only be getting $700 from my check after medical expenses are deducted. Lesson learned for me. Now I know to explore first and take my time researching the different law firms before making another bad choice.

I have been working with Country Wide Trial Lawyers for over a year. I was involved in an accident, where a Drunk driver smashed into the back of the vehicle. I got severe whiplash, and the tire was completely totaled. In result I had to go to the ER and 3 months of chiropractic work. Country Wide Trial worked with us over the past year. The reason for my 4 star is because there was a very high turnover rate of lawyers, I worked with a variety of lawyers, some communicated well some not so much. There were periods we didn’t get any updates for several months so that was a little stressful. Even though it wasn’t a massive accident it did take a very long time. From November 2022 - December 2023. More recently, in the past few months, I got paired with Jaelene and Shawn, they have been communicative in keeping me updated on next steps and verifying everything via email as well as providing a clear breakdown of payout. I’m satisfied with the amount and their professionalism. 10/10 working with them specifically! I strongly recommend working with this team for car accidents. Just keep in mind to reach out and ask for updates.

En serio que no se puede confiar en un bufete así solo me tienen con puras mentiras sobre mi reembolso solo me dan largas y así están pasando los días tengo ser yo quien está llamando para presionar que vergüenza que no tengan seriedad que no sean responsables así cómo puede uno recomendarlos y si no tengo respuesta y mi reembolso no lo recibo tomaré otras medidas por qué solo están jugando y no se vale yo siempre fui puntual incluso cuando el pago caí en fin de semana yo les enviaba antes y no se vale sean serios --
