Dave Monks customized a mountain of safety on the day we met for half the cost of two prior counsel, both whom formed sloppy little hills in comparison, especially given they had the exact info Mr. Monks had. I used to get paranoid after opening my monthly statement because I couldn't fathom his reasonable cost for such prompt, one on one responses. His ability to comprehend my situation during our first meeting in which I knew nothing of the legal system was astounding. Every angle of options were clear, sharing his veteran level knowledge took me from terrified and fragile to confident and empowered, in all matters of my rights, my child's rights, immediately prioritizing my concerns like a true boss.
