Straight forward, no BS and right to the point. These guys are essentially robbers. They do good work, but we paid them over $20,000. They wrote 1 motion for us and then asked to be relieved. Absolutely ridiculous. You cannot trust them. They are smart... but they are thieves.

I think you should research elsewhere before choosing this firm to represent you. If deciding this firm, I believe you should be represented by a well-experienced, knowledgeable individual. I say this because after being "represented" by Ivan, nothing has been solved. In addition to this, there have been certain things requested from my party that Ivan acknowledged and accepted but yet he failed to execute. I believe that had our case been handled by an individual who was on top of the game then some of the things produced out of this could have been avoided like for example a costly bill! All in all, the firm welcomed us with open arms and smiles. Their personas are great. And I think that is where they get you. Great hospitality with a darkened shade spot that hides the truth behind their business practices.

I contacted Susan to inquire about a personal situation in which I am not able to buy and later sell it if I do not have the permission form my wife side. I am a foreigner national and my situation is not simple but she gave a very good overview of the options I have

I had the best experience with them even though it was only a free consultation. The person I spoke to that booked my free consultation was very nice and professional. Quickly after that I had a call from Cesar who was absolutely the kindest and most helpful as well as very professional. He made me feel at ease detailing him my situation. He was very honest and even suggested to me what steps to take for my situation. Some previous reviews say they are only interested in your money and in my experience it wasn't so. He was honest and suggested what was best for me economically and detailing why. He could have easily taken advantage and recommended what was best for them financially but he didn't. In my consultation he answer all my questions without any rush and very well explained even though it was free. It was almost as if I was talking to a friend or a lawyer I have been a client to. My experience was so great that if ever I need a lawyer I am sure to contact them!

They took on my case in 2017. Most of the leg work I did myself.. all they did was set up appointments and send emails which they shared with the person I was against .. they wanted a ton of money to do that.. never finished the job that I thought they did.. 4 years later I get a letter from the same entity.. so I’m back to square one.. I complained that they wasn’t doing their job.. they dropped me and didn’t have the courtesy to call me or even send a letter saying they were.. what type of company does that to and individual?? Don’t get these guys they are horrible!!

Ms. Murphy provided me with valuable insight on the games mortgage servicers play when a loan is being transferred. Needless to say, my eyes are now open to these tactics that can force people into default and foreclosure. I’m thankful for smart and good-hearted people like Ms. Murphy exist.
