Brian Breiter and his team deserve each and every one of these stars.. and then some. It's definitely obvious why they have so many excellent reviews from clients that they have helped. My brief story: I was hit by a car while biking, the car fled the scene. On top of the black eyes, contusions and bruises, probably a concussion, I also had a fractured arm. I was unhappy with the medical care I was receiving and was also afraid to even contact my insurances (I thought they might raise my rates, who knows). I really didn't even know who to call. I spoke to a friend about my situation and he recommended that I call Brian immediately. Brian took my call, gave me a plan of action and put all of my worries to ease. He also sent me to see another orthopedic surgeon that I felt much more comfortable with. I'm finally all healed up (thankfully the fracture didn't require surgery), done with physical therapy, and besides a little PTSD that still lingers I'm going to be ok :) Brian and his team handled everything with my insurance and went COMPLETELY above and beyond what I ever could have expected from an attorney's office. But, clearly they aren't just an average attorney's office, they are in fact superheroes! I am so appreciative, beyond grateful, and would highly recommend them.

Brian and his firm are absolutely the best. They were sincere, empathic, and thorough from beginning to end. Their communication was straight forward and clear, and they approached everything with fairness from consultation to justice. Finding genuine consul in this business isn't always the norm, but Brian and his team truly care about the clients they take on, and fight for them even in the most difficult of circumstances. I'm so happy that I chose to work with Mark Rubashkin and Brian Breiter at the Law Offices of Brian Breiter! Could not be more thrilled. I knew from the moment I started working with them, that they really care about people. They were so concerned that I take care of my health, and see doctors to make sure my injuries were handled. I was hit by a drunk driver in Brentwood, CA. Mark was never pushy or disrespectful. I was always treated as if my case were the most important case they had. I know I chose to work with people with impeccable integrity, and it showed every time I met with them. I was reassured that my case would get me the dollar figure I needed (a lot!), if I trusted that they knew what they were doing. There were times when I told Mark that I wanted to just end it, since it was taking a long time. But Mark made sure to let me know everything that was going on with the case, and why the other side was taking their time. So, as hard as it was, I waited patiently. You should know that when I wanted to settle, even though it also meant less income for The Breiter Firm, Mark told me I could settle at any time, it was MY case, my decision. There was no pressure to do what I felt was not in my best interest. THAT IS INTEGRITY. Well, we JUST SETTLED! I got more than I expected, but it was the amount that Mark had told me they would be targeting (though, of course, he could not promise). I would also say, you should work with them, absolutely. You should trust them, and let them do their work. I didn't call them very often over the three years it took to settle, but I was always informed of anything going on in a timely manner. You should go, just to see Brian's action figure collection, or his life-size Iron Man! See my photos. They are good people.

I phoned up Brian after being involved in a car accident in Santa Monica where I was injured. I got in contact with Brian after seeing his pretty incredible yelp reviews and thought this guy must be able to help. I had found another attorney on Google a few weeks before and they were awful. Brian and Mark made me feel comfortable right away that someone was actually dealing with my case. The insurance company offered me a terrible valuation for my totaled car, mark and Brian actually got me double the initial offer from the insurance company, and made sure that the most important thing right off the bat was me getting the correct medical attention to get me feeling better. Throughout the whole process these guys were pretty great, I would defiantly recommend Brian and mark to anyone. When there are a lot of guys out there that aren't willing to go the distance, these guys are!

Contacted Brian and the team after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. A Toyota Tundra truck ran a two way stop sign and t-bone the driver side of my civic. Totaled in the process. Till today, I can still see and feel the heat from the grille from the truck. The driver not once did come by to check to see if I was ok, and had the nerve telling others that I was speeding when others said I was not. While the fire department was using the "Jaws of Life" cutting the door, my pregnant wife drove by and saw the accident with me in the car with a drape over me to protect me from the glass and debris, but you can imagine what she was thinking. So to say I was livid is an understatement and wanted the best possible team to handle the case. My wife and I picked out a hand-full of lawyers to see and were on our way. Brian's office was last on list due to distance and we were so close to not going because I was exhausted over re-living what happened, luckily my wife is the voice of reason and convinced me to see Brian and I thank her enough for that. Brian's office just had a different vibe, it felt more like you were going to see a friend than an "ambulance chaser". From the first meeting, it clicked. We retained them right away, things just started moving. They would follow up with me regularly to let me know what was going on and frankly, I trusted them to a point when they would ask me what they wanted me to do, "I would just say I trust you guys, go with whatever you think is right". We started looking for a trial lawyer the day after my accident. On the morning of March 4th 2017, I went for my usual hike on the hills around my neighborhood! On my way back, as I was crossing the street (legally, with having the right of way) I was struck by a car. According to the witnesses, I was thrown several feet up in the air and then the driver ran over my leg like a speed bump! Both the tibia and fibula bones in my leg were broken in many places which required immediate surgery. The bones on my hand were also shattered which subsequently had to be operated on a couple of months later! As I was lying down in the hospital bed with so much pain, all kinds of drugs being pumped in my body, my wife and I realized that we would have to start searching for a lawyer immediately. After an extensive search, we came across Brian’s firm. From our very first conversation, we connected with Brian and felt at ease. He even came to our house to visit me since I was unable to move. This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Brian and his team are the real deal. Anyone looking for an amazing attorney should look no further. If you need help and are lost due to an accident that has caused major out of pocket expenses as well as unwanted pain and suffering, then please seek out Brian. Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! On September of 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a semi-truck crashed into me due to careless driving. I was a college student at the time and was halfway through my nursing program when this accident turned my life upside down. This crash left me with a totaled car, with a complete fractured wrist (my dominant hand) which needed two major surgeries, and forced me to withdraw from the nursing program for 6 months pushing back my graduation date. You can imagine how helpless I felt as all of this was unexpected and not in my control. Right after the accident I was super lost and knew I needed help. I was stressed while looking for attorneys because I really just wanted someone who could help me seek justice. Thankfully I met Brian and knew right then and there that he would take care of me. The first time I met Brian I could just tell he was a genuine human being that truly cared. This is where Brian literally saved my life! I kid you not, all the stress and uncertainty of trying to get justice from this whole mess was erased by having Brian as my attorney. It was a grueling 3-year case which we ended up taking to trial. The defense was trying to give us a mediation amount that was barely covering the medical bills. However, Brian was so passionate about my case and he kept on saying this was worth more than what they were offering so he pushed for a trial. I was very nervous taking it to trial but with Brian’s expertise in the courtroom I can say that I had the very best experience. I was guided every step of the way and I had all of my trust in him and his team. Brian and his colleague, Jeff, were so passionate about my case in court that I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help me. We spent a whole week in trial together and I’ve never seen such compassionate and determined individuals speak the way these two spoke for me in front of a jury and a judge. They really care about what they’re doing and who they represent as clients and I can assure you that working with Brian is not a mistake. The jury unanimously sided with us and even gave a verdict way more than what we were asking for. I wish this accident had never happened, but since it had, I’m forever grateful I had Brian by my side. You won’t find anyone who cares more about you and will put in the amount of work they had the way Brian and his team did. I came into this whole thing with Brian being my attorney to Brian being family and a close friend. You won’t find an attorney better than him, 5 stars doesn’t even suffice!
