I just want to say Wanda helped my husband get all his papers ready for his appointment in CD. Juarez and thanks to her everything went good he got his visa to come back and three months later he got his resident card. We are really happy with her work. And Vivian also was really good and professional she fought at court to take my husband deportation away and was able to get him a working permit while she fought at court and until he got his green card. I really recommend them!!!

It is with great pleasure that I write this personal account of my experience with the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Nearly two years ago, I was rear ended while completely stopped on the freeway in what ended up being a 4 car collision. Add in a touch of confusion, lies, a deceitful defendant, an absolutely uncooperative, morally suspect insurance company, and you have a recipe for disaster. It is popular knowledge that when one is rear ended, the driver in the back is automatically at fault. Common sense dictates that it isn’t any more open and shut than that. But when the defendant’s insurance company (whose name rhymes with MERCURY) employs a year and half filibuster that would make Congress look like a well oiled machine, rectitude and scruples are all thrown out with the bathwater. My car was wrecked. I was injured. It is unfortunate, but in the world we live in most are unconcerned with fairness, with giving what is due. You will need someone in YOUR corner intellectually armed to the teeth—someone able to adeptly traverse the legal morass that awaits you. All throughout this long and arduous journey, Brian and Mark have been absolutely stellar. They have approached my case with compassion, fortitude, and dogged perseverance. Yes they actually care. You quickly begin to see that they are sincerely dedicated in their fight against the reprehensible nature at how victims are grossly mistreated by the insurance companies. At every juncture, point, and line item, the insurance company attempted to swindle, bamboozle, and deceive. And at every turn Brian was there to make sure they did not. Due to the tireless work of Brian and Mark, in the end I received the MAXIMUM settlement for my injury claim. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to make sure I received an excellent settlement for property damage and loss of use. I give Brian my 100% full endorsement and would send any of my family and friends to him for representation.

Worst experience with their representative (a woman from argentina) ... two hours in traffic so after waiting for an hour at their office would tell us what she could of said over the phone... no.. ReAlly??? We literally sat in her desk 1 minute...Why make people come in for something you already know and is incorrect by the way! Rude

My father was picked up by a van that's designated to transport seniors to and from their residence to the Senior Activity Center he goes to daily. When my siblings and I drive my father, we have to assist him with his seatbelt - we pull it out for him and make sure he's locked in before we drive off. The driver of the van on this particular day didn't assist my father with his seatbelt. My dad tried to belt himself in and believed he did. Unfortunately, on this given day, the driver had to slam on the brakes to avoid getting into an accident and my father, who was sitting in the front seat, plunged forward so hard his whole body hit the front dash of the car (his upper body, his arms, his ribs were all bruised up) and his face and head hit the windshield. He had to be admitted to the hospital. He couldn't go home after he was released from the hospital because he needed rehab so he was transferred to a nursing home. My father's condition deteriorated and he died a few months later. I was referred to Brian by a dear friend who served as a juror in one of Brian's cases. My friend was a lawyer many years back and also worked in the DA's office so whenever I have any legal queries, I turn to him. I trust his opinions and his referrals are gold. I had a long meeting with Brian and Mark Rubashkin and he took the case. Brian and Mark worked to obtain all the necessary documents and statements for everyone involved and it took years. The case became challenging because my father was elderly and as is with most elderly people, had pre-existing health problems that the defendant argued caused my father's death. Brian and Mark worked persistently. They were great about explaining the process of the case- my siblings and I have never gone through this situation and we have never sued anyone before. They both returned phone calls promptly, were patient about answering questions and they scheduled all the necessary meetings needed to get the case moving. Where to begin? This accident and case changed my life forever. I was in a bad accident with a stake-bed truck driven by a worker for a local business. They made sure I saw the best spine surgeons in town and was able to get more than one opinion. Eventually I had to get a serious back surgery. I was scared! But Brian and Mark made sure that everything was going to be OK, and they literally held my hand throughout the process. I lost faith a few times throughout the process because it takes so long and it can be so emotionally and physically difficult, but that's with the defense wants, they want you to give up, but Brian and Mark never let me down. They were always there for me even when I called in the middle of the night or early in the morning, they always took my call and answer my questions. We literally went to war on this case and Brian and Mark had my back the entire way. We were in the trenches!!! We went to three mediations on this case. The defense kept lowballing us, but Brian and Mark kept fighting for every penny, and we got it. The case resolved right before the trial and I was very satisfied! Hiring an attorney can be the most important decision in a person's life when the injuries are this serious and the stakes are this big. Don't just pick a lawyer because of a flashy website or because of the promises they make or because they went to a fancy law school. Choose a lawyer that feels right, someone that you really trust, make sure you are picking a winner not someone who promises the moon and stars, because these types of cases are not easy and they require a real fighter. I strongly recommend Brian Breiter to anyone who is looking for a powerful litigation lawyer. I had the pleasure of having Brian represent me in a very difficult animal attack case. On 12/13/2013 I experienced my first automobile collision which resulted in my car being a total lost and my passenger breaking their C2 bone, which is located in the neck. However, my case was more complex because I was hit at an intersection by a corvette, going about 60-70 mph, and the corvette was in a high speed police pursuit that was being broadcasted live. As my car spun out of control it eventually crashed into a fire hydrant. As we were exiting the car my passenger and I heard gunshots, we later then find out that the corvette driver was shot multiple times by LAPD and eventually died. They communicated with my insurance company, my passenger's lawyer, the hospital I was sent to, and the other insurance company. I am peaved because Michael Shemtoub is trying to cheat me out of my PAY! My salaried not hourly pay structure was Monday thru Friday from 7AM-7PM including a 1 hour lunch for $10K pesos every two weeks! That would equal $1,000.00 MX pesos every payday. If unfair to their employees, imagine clients? The things he has told me about how he has withheld potential lawsuits from becoming higher paid lawsuits and how he was able to assure the client wasn't getting 1/3 of the winnings with added fee's and necessities! You should ask to see a copy of your file in writing to make sure you received what you were entitled too! He is cheating and mistreating his Remote employees in Mexico and the Philippines, these are the people that work on your cases, these are the account managers, I was one Joaquin Cano. I live in the country of Mexico!
