Brian Breiter was my legal counsel and he did an excellent job. He explained EVERYTHING to me, he helped me with patience and he got me a settlement that I am happy with. I have never retained counsel before and was never involved in any type of litigation. When I first talked to him I was unable to walk and had just had surgery. Three holes were drilled in my kneecap so that my quad tendon could be sewed back on. Ah, such a fond memory of mine. Imagine trying to straighten your leg and it wont move... only to have your quad bunch up like a pomelo on your hip. Brian wisely suggested from the onset keep a journal of my experiences resulting from the injury. He stressed that this is not an overnight event; a marathon not a sprint if you will excuse the cliché. The case was complex with multiple defendants all of whom had different takes on my situation as to who was at fault. He was able to navigate through the different defendants like Han Solo flying the Millennium Falcon through an asteroid field! Anyhow, I can get nervous in stressful situations and Brian helped me keep my cool. He gave me good tips as to how to present myself in deposition and reiterated something that should be obvious "just tell the truth." It is clear that his chief concern is the well-being and the satisfaction of his clients. A former colleague of mine from UC Berkeley referred me to Mr. Breiter and I could tell by the lack of reservations about the recommendation that I would be in good hands. Initially I felt trepidation about the fact that Brian's office is in LA and I live in the SF bay area. I soon realized that Brian was able to provide excellent service even from afar. The travel expenses I paid for Mr. Breiter were reasonable and well worth the cost. His office is staffed by highly qualified individuals who made me feel like I was just down the street. if I was unable to talk to Brian, Mark Rubashkin always was up to date on the status of my case and got information to me on demand. Likewise, Rita Dawley was an integral part of Brian's team and helped me whenever I had questions. Brian's style of communication mixes professionalism with a human side that makes one feel that he knows what he is doing and will get what he requests. This made him easy to work and also imbued within me a sense of much needed confidence that helped my case. There were times during this experience where I felt that our adversaries were well aware that they were going up against a strong force. If he was Han Solo, I guess that made me Chewy. The defense made the right choice and let the Wookie win. In all seriousness, Brian Breiter fought hard for me; for this I owe him my gratitude, my respect and a healthy portion of my settlement.

It's not a time in my life that I like to look back at. I was on my way to work on my motorcycle, next thing I knew a car had hit me and I was on the ground. I felt weak, helpless, and scared. I remember being rushed to the emergency room placed under an x ray and then taken to another room, where I would learn the injuries I sustained. I was referred to Brian by a friend of the family. And after researching I decided Brian's office would be worth the call. Soon after that Brian invited me to his office to discuss what happened the day of the accident. I was impressed by how well he received me. He listened to me patiently and after I was done he explained everything that could happen with great detail and I knew that I could trust him to take my case. He was able to find great doctors in my area that were able heal my leg and amazing physical therapy near my home to start walking again. At the same time he was able to track down very accurate witnesses who gave amazing testimonies. There was also the fact that a cop, who wasn’t even present for the accident, had written a completely deceptive report. And having used a testimony Brian had gotten from a witness acquired by the use of an independent investigator Brian was able to turn the case around. He did an amazing job of keeping me informed every step of the way. A few months passed by and I let him know that I was feeling great discomfort in my knee and he immediately got me an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon who was able to fix my knee. He also treated my case with the help of the office of Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin. Steve, equally amazing, attended every meeting with fully prepared notes, documents and information. Steve also accompanied me during the deposition and helped me feel at ease. He stated all the facts of my case with quick and superb detail; giving the air of a truly confident professional. Brian was fierce during the meetings. I remember we went to two mediations and had to leave both times because he was not pleased with the offers they made. I could only imagine how hard he fought for me when I wasn’t there. Then one day I got a call from him with great news that it had finally been resolved. The fact that Brian’s office is in Downtown L.A., the accident happened in the western part Riverside County, I live in the central part of Riverside County, and the defendant was in New York did not deter Brian from going all the way to New York and getting the deposition where he got the defendant to admit his fault in the incident. I only mention that to give you an idea of how dedicated to my case Brian was. I don’t think there is any reality in which anyone could have handled my case as diligently as Brian and Steve did. At the end of it I was able to have all my medical bills paid off and reimbursed, as well as damages and expenses to my property. I was also able to keep a sizable portion to myself. I’m still not happy about the day of the accident and I wish it didn’t happen. I don’t think anyone would. But I’m glad I’m alive and well today. And I am honored that I was able to have been referred to and meet someone as dedicated and amazing as Mr. Brian Breiter.

Brian took amazing care of me after I got broken up in a motorcycle accident! He set a high bar for himself regarding my settlement (higher than any of the other four attorneys I interviewed) and he met it. I was hit by a car on my bike almost two years ago, and hurt my ankle. I needed help, and with a little research I stumbled upon Brian. I called him up, he answered and told me to come down to the office. Right from the very beginning I felt at ease. During our mediation Brian worked the defense attorney. You could see the passion he has for his job and helping others! In the end Brian and Mark exceeded every expectation I had. All my medical bills are paid for and I now have a nice cushion to sit on. I can't thank Brian and Mark enough! I now have a lawyer for life, and even better yet, a friend! Thank you, gentlemen!!

Brian was a true blessing after my auto accident. He is an honest individual who cares about all his clients and works hard for them. I was not ready to do research on attorneys after the accident. Therefore, I ended asking a friend for a referral because I knew he had been in an accident in the past. This turned out to be a terrible mistake and he is lucky that we are still friends. I ended up signing up with this other attorney without checking his background and ratings online. I later found out through my interactions with him and his staff that they were not interested in my well being. They told me to keep track of all my expenses and document everything. I tried to call several times, but was told that they were unavailable or just about to head out the door. They never returned my phone calls or emails. I came to realize that my first attorney had a poor rating online and others had similar experiences. I wanted to change attorneys after my displeasure but found out that many other attorneys would not take my case because they did not want to deal with the work involved with terminating the agreement with my first attorney and splitting a portion of the fee with my previous attorney. I called Brian's office one afternoon and spoke to Mark. He took my information about my unique circumstance and told me that Brian would give me a call. To my surprise, Brian called me around 6:30 pm the same day. He was watching his son's game and asked me a few questions about my case. I was hit by a car in a pedestrian/traffic accident while I was walking to the gym about 9 months ago. There was damage to my face/head and body as a result of the accident. I was on my bicycle on my way home from work when I got in an accident. I ended up fracturing my clavicle. I lost the use of my right arm and couldn’t work. In regards to car accidents, Brian is one of the better attorneys in Southern California area. I found his office to be very organize with my paperwork. Never had I needed to resend documentation. Emails were replied back in a reasonable amount of time. This is a sought after attorney for good reasons. I am delighted that his staff is able to keep up with so many cases and not push the client into questioning their decision to retain him. I found that other top lawyers in Los Angeles and Orange county know about his competition to their business. 3 other top lawyer firms stated to know Brian well. When the top lawyers in Los Angeles logically have interactions with each other, it means Brian is a member into the top circle of top lawyers. I found my case to be manage well by his firm and can attest to me recommending him for car accident cases. Update 01/2017: Second time using Brian You can tell quality service after first impressions. Brian helped me in my second case with a national company well funded with lawyers. I was able to get my case resolved in a shorter amount of time compared to the typical 2-3 years that would have occurred for bigger more complex cases just like mine. I can tell you that I entrust my future with Brian. He performs at a dimension that superstars can only evoke when you see them in person.

My daughter was attending a concert and a well known performer threw his beer bottle into the audience which ended up hitting my daughter in the face and it broke her nose. I don't frequently write positive reviews, but Brian Breiter, Esq. totally impressed me! And hence follows his public recognition on google. Sometime couple of years ago i was involved in a motor vehicular accident and got injured pretty badly. After recuperation in the hospital I started looking for a personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles.
