The people here were all very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Anytime someone has to deal with any type of legal matters it’s very stressful but they put my mind at ease and we’re able to help me through everything.

I had an car accident and the Insurance company offerd me a settlement that was very insulting, so I called Nigel Burns. Nigel and Daniel jumped right on it and assured me I came to the right office. Nigels office got me a settelment of more than 5xs the amount I was originaly offered and treated me with great care.

I have used The Law Offices of Nigel Burns twice now. Once 15 years ago, I don't remember how I found Mr. Burns but I'm really glad I did. Just recently I had to use their services again. Once again I am happy with the work they did for me. I don't know every person in the office, but I worked closely this time with Denise & Attorney Samuel Brown. All of my correspondence had to be taken care of over the phone and through email and a 2 hour time difference as I live in Texas. I really thought that would make things difficult but they made this whole ordeal really easy for me. I really hope I don't have to go through anything else, but if I do these folks will be the first ones I call. Five stars I highly recommend them.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful! i needed to place an order for a delivery and she was breaking down all 4 service levels for my order. I also shared a couple of laughs in the process :)

I had accidentally placed a wrong documents for their driver to deliver, and i called USA Legal Network to ask if they can deliver that package back to me.. and they did! Even though i know that i had dropped the ball, the dispatcher re routed his driver just so i can have my documents back! great customer service!!!
