These people won't even listen. They say they understand, but "unless the employer has said something discriminatory against you based on your protected class, it is difficult to prove discrimination." The employer NEVER says anything discriminatory. It is ALWAYS their ACTIONS that are discriminatory (e.g., firing you (aka: Wrongful termination), demoting you, sending you home (suspension), and otherwise ignoring you as an employee. These so-called employment lawyers don't help. They refuse to even start the process. Don't trust this law firm. They falsely say they fight workplace/employment discrimination and harassment. THEY ADVOCATE IT!!!!!

When you look for lawyers, you obviously are looking for someone who will be able to get justice for you. That's what West Coast Trial Lawyers did for my son. He was injured in a car accident caused by a DUI driver and his car was in terrible condition, not to mention he broke 3 bones and needed medical treatment asap. These lawyers were able to get that for him as well as deal with the car damage. I personally got to meet with his attorney and some of the assistants working the case and can say the people working here are nice and respectful. I recommend them if you are in a similar situation as we were.
