Absolutely the worst experience possible. I could probably go on for forever about the lack of service, communication, everything! Lucy was terrible as a paralegal. Does not return calls, does not book appointments when said going too. Constantly says she's going to do something only to never do it, and you won't find out until you get curious and call. Odds are you'll make that call 4 times before she calls you back. In 2.5 years of dealing with them supposedly representing me, I spoke with the actual attorney 1 time. Every step of the way was a hassle with them. It felt like I was the one doing all the appointment making, calling for progress, returning the calls. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
