Andrew Cowan, Esq. of Gallo LLP represented our New Jersey based company in an alleged breach of contract claim for $10MM in damages. Andrew’s expertise in California contract law permitted him to thoroughly identify the fundamental flaws in the plaintiff’s claim, allowed him to thoroughly explore all the underlying facts in order to deftly pro-actively anticipate and refute plaintiff’s probable counter arguments and to promptly convince plaintiff’s attorney to cause his client to withdraw the threatened complaint because the case was not viable. We found Andrew to be very responsive, in possession of a wide ranging expertise and acute legal skills, and highly capable of communicating effectively and promptly with all the principals of our company. We were also advantaged to have access to Andrew’s knowledge of the nuances of litigation in the Federal vs. the state judicial systems in the event the matter was to proceed to trial. Based on our many years of experience with numerous attorneys, we would highly recommend Andrew to others seeking representation on contractual disputes.
