I just wanna thank Claudia Yvette Vanessa & Alexa so much such an AMAZING!!! Law firm team of Women who from the beginning took care of me and called me every single day to check up on me and keep me updated!! I never would have thought I would have had a case for my car accident but they showed me i did and from that point on basically took care of everything for me!! Thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart!!❤️

Very unprofessional. I called and spoke with the receptionist who told me someone will call me back in about five minutes. It sounded like a call center. Never received a returned call. I was referred to them.

What ever you do please leave time to set aside to waste. This is the most unprofessional lawyer group I've ever spoke with. After months of trying to get through to a woman named Claudia she tells me over the phone the intial case they accepted now is not good. And my only alternative is to seek another lawyer. Talk about passing the buck. This place crawls with shaddiness. Use them with caution and prepare to have your time wasted. You've been warned!

Unfortunately true to form, like most personal injury firms they are just ambulance chasers. People please be extremely wary and hesitant when approaching firms like Karns and Karns. This firm legit is here for the money and only the money. My accident took place 10/09/2021, while halfway through a left turn at an intersection a erratic driver trying to catch the light sped up and hit me head on. Did not stop when I beeped. Only accelerated. My car was totaled. Luckily lower back and neck injuries only. There were 2 witnesses and a corner camera across the street. I was not going to obtain an attorney but due to a driver vs driver situation I did 2 days later. Karns and Karns came recommended. They readily took all my info and I didn't hear from them until another 2 weeks after I reached out. Having worked in a personal injury firm i knew that the delay in treatment could cause issues with insurance companies. I was not readily set up with treatment and was not provided with any info on my case. My insurance unfortunately did not have rental coverage so I didn't have a car. That was the first and only time I spoke to an attorney from the firm. From there I was set up with treatment, an ortho and an MRI. Again didn't hear anything for months. No status, no information. I had uninsured coverage. I wasn't notified if it would be applied to bills or what the game plan was. I didn't hear from anyone till Jan when I reached out again. A recorded statement was scheduled later that month. Not only was it scheduled but it was also rescheduled twice. Because the paralegal forgot. Once I sent an email my case was reassigned. I finished PT and didn't hear from anyone for months until May 6 when I was notified by Vanessa that liability was being placed on the other driver 100%. She asked about treatment options and about see another ortho but nothing about medical bills, case status, my deductible. I didn't hear anything again till September 10 around 8:00am I received a call from Vanessa Mercado. She advised me that she was calling to see if I was available for a call with the attorney Michael. He wanted to discuss the next steps for my case and possibly refer me out to small claims court. I gave my availability and asked why that was an option. She said she would reach out once she had a time frame. I did not get a call or email regarding the time I would be s/w Michael. Instead I got a call from Shaun Baumnn regarding my case and how it had already been referred to him. He asked if it had been explained to me which it had not. He asked if I had any details about the process and I did not. He stated he would s/w Karns and Karns then reach back out to me. Since then, Karns and Karns has not reached out. I have not received an email or letter explaining their decision or any info. Instead today I received a call from the shady looking PT they sent me to requesting I hire Bauman to represent me or they will be collecting from me directly. This is not how you do business. Avoid this firm at all costs. The 21 reviews should have been further warning to completely avoid them. Don't make the same mistakes as me.

The most Horrible attorneys they leave you clueless and give you no advice into handling your case my attorney was Vanessa G i Give her a 0 star Rating left me clueless and when i ask questions about my case she made me feel like a kid and is rude. They take forever to settle 1year for the lowest amount i receive $5,000 out of $15,000 for a Car who Ran me over.

These people are money hungry & Fraudulent . They don’t try to work with you neither do they communicate with you like that . They end up getting more money then you do . They will lie to you & mislead you & just think you gonna shut up because they gave you a check . & you’re the one still suffering in the end . Wouldn’t recommend doing business with them

This is my first accident ever! I was sceptical at first when Vani Karns communicated with me but she quickly reassured me that I was not alone and put me at ease, related to my situation and shared her own experience. By the end of our call I truly felt as if they are 100% for my best interest and that I have no worries in this case. Thank you Karns& Karns and especially Vani, I feel safe in your hands.
