Michael Salanick is an excellent bankruptcy attorney with deep expertise and knowledge and would highly recommend his services if you are in need of bankruptcy assistance and representation. Michael assisted me with converting an existing Chapter 13 bankruptcy case into a chapter 7 case. My previous attorney did not provide me with adequate service in handling my existing case, hence why I had sought out a second opinion of my case. Michael, however, given his wealth of knowledge and expertise in bankruptcy law, successfully converted my case into a more desirable chapter 7 case situation. From the initial consultation through the preparation of the schedules and with representation at the required 341a meeting with creditors, Michael was very effective at communicating the process steps to complete my case in an expeditious manner. Michael was very attentive to my needs given my unique and complex bankruptcy situation for which Michael was able to resolve for me successfully. He listened to my thoughts, concerns, and questions I had related to my case. Michael wrote a very clear reply to my initial written question. So I was happy to call him for my 1 hour free consultation - he actually went over by 15 minutes, because I asked too many questions. So he was generous with both his time and responses. He is very knowledgeable, and because of his experience he was able to explain what is and what is not possible to do in Chapter 13, and Chapter 7. What is also good about him is, he did not try to sell himself to me, or say if you hire me, I will do this or that - he was highly professional, objective and took a personal interest.
