While I was intrigued by the prospect of working with Grace Legal Group , I encountered a significant drawback during my attempt....My husband is serving a 69-year sentence for robbery and has been incarcerated for 16 years. Navigating cases where the defendant is already in custody for an extended period and where the potential costs will be $$$$ substantial, demands thorough research and a highly specialized skill set. It is imperative to ascertain whether your attorney possesses the requisite experience, knowledge, and track record to handle such intricate legal matters. Unfortunately, my pursuit to gather anything tangible ( to add to our research and use to compare and contrast ) for my husband in prison and myself to use as evidence of this firm's experience in dealing with post-conviction cases similar to my husband's proved unsuccessful. As a result, I found myself being told from Zion that my request was silly, frivolus because we are in the year 2023 and we should just go by what he says. If it seems rediculous and futile for us to want to make sure we are making a sound decision, inspite of the firms advertised success with lower uncomparable cases; then yes we are unable to confidently proceed with their services.
