Great job to the whole staff over at Eisenberg law group , I had a case that was about 1 year 8months in handling and switched over from my last attorney who put me into the bottom of his stack of cases, Jason and his team immediately knew my case needed some special treatment not just working on it and forgetting, I mean being deeply involved everyday, every night being able to fight for us was something we couldn’t have asked more of from them, lots and lots of communication absolutely free, being transparent and able to update Jason on an injury or really any comment he was always there to hear me out, he also got us a whole 25% more for the insurance policy than we thought was available! I was rear ended by a DUI uninsured/under insured motorist in Nov of 2021. After a couple of weeks dealing with my own insurance company, they "settled" with me on my car, minus the delectable and no coverage for any of my personal material destroyed in the accident. Reluctantly, I started to ask around for legal help. Mr. Jason Eisenberg was recommended and I gave him a call. From the first phone call he was helpful and reassuring. He coordinated and handled all the various medical and insurance issues and communications. The only thing I had to worry about was getting well. At the beginning of April 2022, Mr. Eisenberg forwarded a claim to my insurance company and within a week they sent a reply. The insurance company decided to pay out at the full policy limit without a challenge. One week later payment had been received. This was a far cry from the $2000 deductible loss that I was being asked to accept as a final "settlement". Its been over 2 years dealing with the after math of my car accident that happened in 2020, the Eisenberg Law Group came highly recommended by a friend right from the start they got the job done by getting me to a doctor for treatment by over seeing that the treatment i needed was approved right away. Despite my car accident being a few months prior they said they would be willing to seek treatment and compensation for me. I was able to receive the care I needed for my pain and they were also able to obtain a compensation for the loss.
