These guys are great. Robert and his team took on my case for a lemon RV camping trailer. This was the first and only lawsuit I ever had been a part of. After my daughter gave birth to her 2nd child last Oct we needed to buy a bigger vehicle one with a 3rd row. In April 2013 I bought a brand new Scion FRS from the dealership. In the first couple of months my car was not driving right, so I went to the dealership and they said they took care of the problem, but in fact, did nothing. A few months later I went in for an oil change but was told it wasn't necessary because my car was running on synthetic oil. At about 8,000 miles I came back in because I had the engine light on. I was told there were multiple codes that they took care of. My car still felt like it was not running right and about a year later, my engine blew. The dealership blamed this on me “for not putting oil in my car,” and made me pay 10k out of pocket to fix it. I was livid, but without thinking I paid them to fix the car. A few weeks later my car was fixed, but something felt wrong. I started experiencing a lot of issues and spending more time at the dealership than at work. I contacted Mr. Mobasseri after the dealer sold me my car "as is" but with a cracked and ruined transmission that they did not disclose. I tried to get my recompense from the dealer myself but was told it was not their problem. Mr. Mobasseri and his associates were very communicative throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get the dealer to do what they should and pay for the replacement transmission.
