I was rear ended by a DUI uninsured/under insured motorist in Nov of 2021. After a couple of weeks dealing with my own insurance company, they "settled" with me on my car, minus the delectable and no coverage for any of my personal material destroyed in the accident. Reluctantly, I started to ask around for legal help. Mr. Jason Eisenberg was recommended and I gave him a call. From the first phone call he was helpful and reassuring. He coordinated and handled all the various medical and insurance issues and communications. The only thing I had to worry about was getting well. At the beginning of April 2022, Mr. Eisenberg forwarded a claim to my insurance company and within a week they sent a reply. The insurance company decided to pay out at the full policy limit without a challenge. One week later payment had been received. This was a far cry from the $2000 deductible loss that I was being asked to accept as a final "settlement".
