I unfortunately was in a car accident and suffered from injuries that I knew I would need assistance to navigate the process. It. Was important to make sure I received the right medical treatment as well and making sure my future health complications were being considered. The one thing I was sure of is I didn’t want to work with an attorney that I saw advertised over and over again on television and radio. Something about those ads didn’t sit well with me and I didn’t want to be treated as just a number. I came across Eisenberg Law Group during my research and after speaking with their representatives I felt confident that they would handle my case well. Over the time I have worked with their firm I have be kept informed of the status of my case and have been responded to in a timely manner whenever I have had any questions. I was in a car accident the defendant's insurance didn't want to help and I didn't know what to do, I called Eisenberg Law Group and spoke to Roberto, he really helped me with understanding the process and I'm glad I went with them the case manager that helped me with my case has been really helpful. Absolutely the worst experience possible. I could probably go on for forever about the lack of service, communication, everything! Lucy was terrible as a paralegal. Does not return calls, does not book appointments when said going too. Constantly says she's going to do something only to never do it, and you won't find out until you get curious and call. Odds are you'll make that call 4 times before she calls you back. In 2.5 years of dealing with them supposedly representing me, I spoke with the actual attorney 1 time. Every step of the way was a hassle with them. It felt like I was the one doing all the appointment making, calling for progress, returning the calls. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
