I highly recommend Quill & Arrow if you have any sort of issues with a car you have bought certified pre-owned or not from a dealership. My 2016 suburban had multiple issues and just after a month of getting the car, I had to tow because the Stabiltrak system decided to lock up while driving. If you are having continuous issues whether they are electrical or engine-related, Quill & Arrow is the place to go. I was skeptical myself, "Your going to take my case in a court of law, go against GM And I don't have to pay anything??" That is exactly how it works. All cases are different, but I can honestly say after this settlement, if you have service records to prove your car has been problematic or having issues that it simply shouldn't be having and a dealership you purchased from isn't doing much about it contact Quill & Arrow.
