i didnt know if anyone would be willing to take my brother's personal injury case until quill & arrow. we've visited at least two firms before this one only to be more confused if our claim has hope. im just thankful that the people here patiently explained everything to us when we went in for our consultation. didnt know if we'd still pursue but at least i know where to get legal advice now next time i need it

Contacted them about my Tesla. Very unorganized company and very frustrating talking to anyone. Sent all required info to someone and then someone else contacted me to get the same info. Sent it again and months later no one has any idea what’s going on.
