_________________________________________________________________________________________________________ A little over a year ago I approached Attorney Elena Mebtahi to represent me in matters stemming from my divorce from the mother of my two children. Before meeting Ms. Mebtahi I had been in and out of court for over ten years battling a multitude of court actions filed by my former wife including, civil and possibly criminal contempt actions, child support arrears and possibly additional alimony. Previous to Ms. Mebtahi I had paid thousands of dollars to a "high profile Beverly Hills" attorney to resolve these matters. However over the ten year period I retained his services, rather than getting nearer to a resolution, these contrast matters continued to get delayed over and over again. Unfortunately for me this indeterminable delay in the resolution of these matters resulting in a mountain of ever growing attorney fees and costs. In stark contrast, the first step Ms. Mebtahi took once I fired my former attorney and hired her was to sit me down and outline a game plan. One that was certain to finally end my divorce nightmare within a reasonable period of time. More important during the course of our relationship she followed that strategy so I was never in the dark. If I had questions she was readily available. However, most important she combined two skill sets which one rarely finds in the same attorney; the ability to be a lion in court but also the negotiating savvy to strike deals with the other side in order to avoid pro longed litigation. I recommend the services of Attorney Elena Mebtahi without qualification or reservation. She was absolutely critical in resolving my case within the period of time she warranted and did so on very reasonable terms. I retained Ms. Mebtahi as I had issues for over 10 years attempting to enforce my court ordered visitation with my daughter. I had tried everything. Other lawyers, police reports, negotiations with the mother and it had all achieved nothing. Once I retained Elena all of that changed. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was the most honest lawyer I have ever dealt with. She insisted on my honesty in and out of courts, methodically went through every single step and not only did she re-establish the visitation court order but most importantly she made sure it was ENFORCEABLE! I am a Massachusetts resident and was out in California on vacation and received a DUI and needed a lawyer. I was referred to George from a lawyer I knew back home.If you are looking for a professional attorney please look no further. This man is true to his word and has helped me multiple times on my DUI case. He is very helpful and is almost always available when you need him unless he is in court. Ms Mebtahi got my traffic tickets dismissed twice in 3 years. I am very pleased with the outcomes. I will use her service if I get traffic ticket again which is just matter of time for most commuters in L.A.

The Law offices of Elena Mebtahi is my savior. I had a bogus tinted window ticket that turned into a suspended license and created a huge problem/dilemma for me as I drive for a living and can't afford to not have my license. I hired her and within a few days was assured that my license would be reinstated right away and everything would be taken care of and it was. Great experience!!!! Elena got my ticket dismissed!!! For the price of the ticket 90+ on my motorcycle $500 she got it dismissed and no point! I would recommend her for all of your traffic law needs. I keep her on speed dial now!!
