A lawyer who takes your calls right away and responds to your emails within minutes, even after business hours, gives total personal commitment to your case — where can you find such a lawyer? I thought only in one’s dreams, until I met Joseph Pourshalimy. He took my case back in December of 2021, and won it victoriously by July of 2022. Record time! I wish I had known him years ago for all of my auto accidents. Especially, I wish I had known about him when my last major accident occurred, totaling my car. The lawyer I had hired for this accident met with me only once to learn about my case and never kept me updated, also the only contact I had was with his clerical staff, and in the end I was never compensated anywhere near adequate. This lawyer, Joe, is indeed a godsend. Don’t even think about looking elsewhere for your case. Although the days of doctors making house calls are long gone, that same work ethic, that same dedication, and best interests of the client at heart — all you’ll find in this lawyer. Joe is an exception to the norm you find that exists unfortunately among the lawyers today, because he is exceptional. If you like Michael Jordan, don’t look any further! I have much appreciation for the work Joseph and his team were able to do for me in a fall with injuries suffered after work in November 2019, right before covid set in. The location I fell in is a city owned property, with a maintenance company hired to keep it safe. So, between the covid shutdowns and slower than usual response times of document filings and responses it took a couple years to complete. Very pleased Joseph stayed on it, with updates to me when needed. We settled for an above fair amount. Joseph was vigilant in our arbitration hearing and helped with all the steps to get there.
