I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Smith recently. While the case I reached out to him was out of his specialty, Benjy offered his best knowledge and has always been available to answer any questions and been supportive best to his ability. I trust him and his company and recommend him to others as well!

When having my intake taken by glen April 12th. The call was very unpleasant. The call was no longer than 5 minutes and for 3 of them i was put on hold so he could take other calls. I was seeking a lawyer for Harassment, hostility, Wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation. I was rushed off the phone and only asked about my termination. Glen then says "okay i will get this to the attorney and see if he can take your case." I wish i was able to speak about the Harassment, hostile environment, discrimination, and retaliation as well. I just knew when getting of the phone they wouldn't be able to take my case because I wasn't allowed to say much accept that "I was wrongfully terminated." Of course I get a call back from glen today informing me the attorney wont take my case. This is not the way to do business. I wouldn't recommend
